Custom controlled store

SafeMag is software for management of custom controlled store, designed on the basis of SQL  client/server applications. One license of the software may be used on unlimited number work places in the local network. It is compatible with all types of applications for preparation of custom declarations, that may create and write SAD and SMD files, pursuant  ORDER of Main Custom Management Office 271/1999 for declaration in electronic way and in compliance with the common format for filing the data from EAD and custom manifest. Uses the principle of single entering of data, t hat saves time and effort.

The application monitors stock availabilities, the freezed for them guarantee sums, the entered documents, the remaining, as per each document, the finished custom declarations and the declarations for article exporting. Offers wide variety of Reports, but also a possibility for the customer to define which reports to be made  - the abilities of the application are really wide in this respect.

The system is extremely reliable – it is not dependable on the volume of the stored information and the number of the working places. It is fault proof. Allows definition of various database access levels. Offers history of different operator's actions, allowing optimal control of their work. Creates and stores protocols for each operator.

Offers possibility for automatic input of repeating data for the different documents – custom declarations, SAD files, etc., related to custom storage regime. Makes, stores and displays the article lists – of the customers, receivers/importers, senders/exporters, representatives, custom agents, articles, groups of articles, currencies and currency courses. The customers may on their own to define the display properties of the articles – the options include displaying of custom declaration for subjecting commodities to custom storage only with the date, custom office and regime, or it may also include information for the tariff code, type of currency, country of origin, receiver, declarator, etc. And all these options are user defined.

The application allows searching in article lists using various criteria. The lists may be filtered – to display only the articles of certain importer, custom declarations of particular receiver, etc.
